How to apply to Fayette Academy:
Fayette Academy admits students of any race, color, nation and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Financial Aid and African American Scholarship applications will be available upon request at time of registration. If interested in serving on the Fayette Academy Board of Directors, forms will be available at registration.
You will be asked to verify / correct the Emergency Medical Release form we currently have on file for each child.
If you have a pre-school child / children and / or other children, please fill out an application card as soon as possible. Admission at Fayette Academy of one child in your family does not guarantee admission of other children in your family.

After-School
Care:
Per child $ 120.00 per month
Drop-In $ 12.00 per day
After-School Care is offered on full school days until 6:00pm.
Parents will be asked to fill out an Emergency Medical
Release form for each child being registered. Each child must also
provide a copy of a certified birth certificate, copy of his/her
Social Security card, and official immunization record.
Students new to Fayette Academy in grades 9-12 will be required to
submit a negative drug screen as part of the registration
procedure. Drug screen is to be done by a medical facility of
parental choice and is the financial responsibility of the parent.
If you have a preschool child/children and/or other children not
registered at Fayette Academy, please submit an application and a
$50 application fee as soon as possible. Admission to Fayette
Academy of one child in your family does not guarantee admission of
other children in your family.
